I am pretty sure they have a reason for keeping random crits all these years despite all the fuss about them, and i don't think they will be removed, weapon spread however is completely useless in every way.

Even the pubbers i have talked to don't like them. There is NO reason for them to be in the game. There is enough dumb ways to get kills and to get killed in pubs. You don't need to add artificial ones.
