The invisible players bug hasn't been completely fixed. I think they fixed it under a single circumstance, while the bug happens under multiple situations.

Fixed the Bat Outta Hell using the Red team arms skin while on the Blue team

Still no fix for the Sticky Launcher.
Not like it's been in the game since release or anything.

That's more of a content issue really. They can't really keep the same fps as more and more content is released. However, I do agree there are a lot of fps bugs needing to be fixed.

As for the tf.tv hat, a baseball hat with tf.tv written on it is as aesthetically pleasing as it gets.
