soldier is an underpowered class but cow mangler is not the way to buff him

another class nerfed by the medic-scout speed buff

when pro mod is made make cow mangler have to use ammo so that theres a rocket launcher that shoots in between stock and original

i'd rather have the promod let you customize rocket launcher model, rocket origin location, sound, etc

you don't have to sac you can just spam charge shots and kill someone with it
