Font kerning issues are sometimes fixed with simply changing the size to be one bigger or one smaller and hope it doesn't occur anymore

I wouldn't be disappointed and actually support it if sigafoo banned/disallowed any player in this thread bashing on the ruleset from being able to sign up/play.
To me seem all these (American) 6s players in this thread are very entitled to how their game is supposed to be played, instead of grabbing the opportunity like this to earn a few bucks and try something different.

I've looked through and edited hudanimations_tf/manifest to change the xp bar color, but it hasn't changed.
event PvPRankLevelUpXPBar & PvPRankLevelDownXPBar have BgColor values for ContinuousProgressBar which should be the color of the newly filled bar bit.
The badge also seems to be positioned from a different file on the end screen than in the casual menu.
RankPanel in HudMatchSummary.res with event CompetitiveGame_ShowPvPRankPanel to have it slide up.
Should be a fun cup to have some different rules tested, hope there will be coverage in player POVs or casting orgs.
How is the whitelist ban/save thing being done? A base whitelist.tf preset which is being modified and then the resulting generated whitelist is loaded on the server with TFTrue?
I love and will support everything that is trying to revise the horribly stale 6s meta or has to do with item unlocks/whitelists, so I'll try to gather some item prizes for the 3rd (and possibly 4th) place team!

Now to get the actual online version up and running for other TFLIVETV producers instead of having the local one being held together with string, tape and spit :P
buttons_kv in main menu creates a list of buttons defined in gamemenu.res with all the same look so you don't have to define and position every single one of them in mainmenuoverride.res (if this still works, they overhaul of main menu stuff with Meet your Match screwed up a lot of stuff/requires certain elements to be in the menu file)

Since I'm a hud/config person I will point out some things that should/could be done to improve the stream.
Ingame Hud/Config:
- Enable player outlines (DX9 + mat_phong)
- Remove overhead player names
- Disable fps counter (albeit Steam overlay/cl_showfps)
- Hide ingame chat (and disable STV chat (tv_nochat) to only show ingame when it is actually relevant)
- Some hud (health) alignment issues the creator could probably fix (player lists + targetID)
- Increase size of server time on top beneath timer
Stream stuff:
- Increase the bitrate from 2k to 2.5~3k
- Increase frame rate to anything that isn't 30
- Disable steam overlay (do a proper game capture with OBS)
- Disable audio attenuation so game sound doesn't fluctuate when casters talk/are silent
And a donate button beneath the stream seems like a very sellout move for a casting org. Got removed
Proud to have made the hud and can't wait for the overlay + hud finalization to come together for coverage this season!

Glad I could help providing fixed code for the MvM wave status panel and a neat dropshadow ;)
(Stream Menu working is not a hud thing, it's a game wide thing!)
The flag removal still works, but multipanel stuff/anything hud related crashes the game on launch or changing convar.
Time to add the medigun charge % back to the playerpanels in the hud until plugin has been fixed/replaced.
To answer some questions so there is no misinformation out there:
- No, there won't be a download link to the TFLIVETV hud
- Font being used is a very expensive licensed font and (name) won't be shared
- Casting huds don't have any ingame elements for regular play coded, so it's way simpler/easier to maintain
- Hud techniques used have made their way into other (casting) huds (#base, _manifest.txt, chat_english.txt)
- The spectator/casting stuff I have written for all my huds works without -insecure (except plugin related hud stuff ofc)
TL;DR: If you want to enjoy the hud, tune in to casts, it won't be released
