My efforts to research building a PC from the parts up led to a handful of pc websites that overview everything, and while they were okay, I needed the extra help from my computer savvy friend to do more than just the lego-assembly parts of it.
Honestly your vast knowledge of this area can be made succinct and clear in a guide, and I can see it being useful for people like me who needed more than just "Here are the parts that make up a pc"

I've never been able to think of a simple way to make it so that class limits are in place but not for scout soldier, but it makes so much sense to have limit 2 on offense, 1 on defense/support. And it's not even remotely confusing of a concept.

Valve- Weapons can no longer be juggled to bypass the weapon's re-fire rate
This, coupled with the ubercharge decay rate; can we expect the picking up dropped weapons to be allowed in S23?
