I don't know who this guy is, but he was griefing in a SKIAL pub in 2013, so his IP is on a database you can search by SteamID. You can just grab it. It's not even a permanent ban, but his IP is still up there.

Don't have your console open automatically on startup? Then you won't have to look at it.

the transition from 6s to HL is not hard, it still revolves around all the same basic concepts, and many of the class vs. class engagements play out the same, and the rest of the gamesense is based on pub stuff, like how to kill degreaser pyros, track dead ringers, when you can and can't push against a mini sentry, etc.

I honestly think just playing in tf2centers and trying out/scrimming with teams would be more appropriate for someone like you, as your dm and gamesense in competitive are both going to be far above what most people are bringing to the table in these newbie mixes.

Just create a coach-less division for players the players that just want to play pugs and you won't be short of coaches anymore, because when I coached, it was clear that they didn't want or need a coach around. They were just playing pugs and joking around.

Lmaobox is gaining huge popularity because of how long it's been undetected by VAC. People have faith in the program, and many cheaters will use it on their accounts with tons of items.

Giant streams with flooded chat can still make their video (the primary reason for watching) the total priority, while small streams can have a better interaction experience. This is a great move!
