I dont get why people are complaining that "things look similar omg!!!" it is afterall a HUD modifications thread, godamn get the fuck over it.

For some reason, people seem to hate on every hud thing I do because it's using the stock tf2 font. I guess the only thing they'll like is a wingdings hud with health and ammo flipped sides and in the top corners. Wait... that actually sounds pretty awesome. Gimme a sec...

Been awhile since i've messed with my personal HUD. Just moved the server time limit to a corner like yA_hud. Should add dropshadow to make it stand out a bit more but thats for another day. Also looking into moving some nicer item menus in but that has proven to be a large pain.

I used broesel's Surface font on the screenshot. This won't work for everyone, so you'll probably have to replace the font. Just go into Notepad++, open mainmenuoverride.res, CTRL+f, replace tab, find: Surface15, replace with: font of your choice, and click replace all. Also, you have to edit your favorite servers in gamemenu.res, which is quite self-explanatory. Search Favorite1-5, change or remove the label and put in the connect under command.

Sorry; didn't mean for that to have a negative connotation... I was trying to appreciate similar (good) taste, as a large number of custom huds don't use the TF2 font.

Here you go. I haven't tested it on anything other than 1920x1080, though. You'll want cl_hud_minmode set to 0.
