I think more of the reason why we lost pretty hard the last few matches was some of our players (not going to name who) would shut down upon being one round down. Resulting in no calls happening which would slowly tilt those players more because you can't really play well without comms.

i said you can find a replacement if you want to, i never requested a placement. and overall we just were not prepared for metalworks so basing our team off that map is a bullshit claim. plus we never had a team discussion on this matter, just people talking back and forth.

Most of us are in this game to play for fun, I'm sure between your entire network of friends you can find good replacements. You just have to be realistic and realize that you won't have the same chemistry with new players and set lower goals than what you were perhaps looking towards with your old roster.

We had fun and even had some success.. its just that at least 3 of us were simply burnt out on comp tf2 and just needed a break. If you want to put a team together using our ESEA roster I'll gladly give you the power to do so.

Yeah Dia, it's not like we all hated each other's guts...but the few of us that were burnt out have been playing for so long, and we are ready to take a break, or be done...it was nothing on anybody on our team as to why we died...it's unfortunate that it happened right after 2 losses, so people think we just quit because we were losing, but it's been true for weeks that we haven't wanted to scrim, demo review, etc. We're just tired.

Power Rankings for the week of 10/24/16
1. OfFcLaSsIcO: They beat the team that has the best chance of getting 2nd they will win.
Strong Players: all of them
Weaker Players: all of them
2. the b0ys: After beating all the other teams and losing to OfFcLaSsIcO this pretty makes them a solid contender for 2nd as long as they live. The match was super close but I feel akemi could of played better.
Stronger Players: goldfish, bo4r
Weaker Players: akemi
3. -weeb noises-: A FFW and a nasty 5-0 vs. another playoff team. I still wanna see them take on the b0ys when playoffs come around.
Stronger Players: alley, apt
Weaker Players: bleh
4. ISSA KNIFE: After a somehow close game vs. LialAndThe1989WorldTour, This team barely got by with a 4-3 win. With easy games coming their way they should coast into playoffs with a 14-2 record.

5. Squad Fam eSports: This team faces Yung Americans in the near future. That team also picked up Percy on roamer and a seasoned IM player SpaceCadet on pocket. I hope this is a game that could look more even but this is most likely the hardest match Squad Fam eSports will have for the rest of the season.

Weaker Players: tilted ebsikl
6. BLANC Lite: This team took a HARD 5-0 from -weeb noises- but then again, I feel there is a decent gap between this team and the rest of the top 4 teams. Anyways ReEnergized is dead so that would of been a good match up for them. So they get off with ReEnergized and face Punchline this week another team that could upset BLANC.
Strong Players: hedge, chairs
Weaker Players: tery
7. LialAndThe1989WorldTour: This team is taking 7th over yumpman with the same record as yumpman, this team ALMOST beat top team ISSA KNIFE. I feel yumpman would get destroyed by ISSA KNIFE and the fact Lial kept it close says something about this team.
Stronger Players: Brojojojo
Weaker Players: BUBBY_CHONER
8. yumpman: Moving this team down one because I don't think they can come close to hanging with some of the better teams. Frenzy on medic is not good and this team just has strong scouts the combo is very weak from what iv'e seen from this team. A match vs. BotDog coming up could actually end their playoff run if they get upset.
Stronger Players: monkeyjedi_, m0nsta
Weaker Players: frenzy
9. Eels and Escalators: Ok now that this team has everything under control now, they beat Punchline. After Blaine_ put up a great 44 kills, this a HUGE factor on why this team one watching some of the vod Blane_ really put a lot of work into this match. If they keep this up and end up going 12-4 they should make a playoff spot.
Stronger Players: blaine_, conal
Weaker Players: they all played well this week
10. Punchline: After a hard loss vs. EELS i'm moving them down. They picked up 3O1 (cray) on demo, which seems to have been good as he put decent numbers up. This loss does matter for this team and will see how they end up down the road.
Stronger Players: 3O1, n1ght
Weaker Players: psi, tilted crypt
11. fov_desired 420: Bumping this team up. They had a relaxing few games and some upsets happened to other teams.
12. BotDog: After losing to a team with a fucking full time sniper, and a match vs. yumpman coming up. A loss vs. yumpman could end this teams playoff chance.
Stronger Players: radioactive, kingverde
Weaker Players: boggy
13. Yung Americans: After picking up Percy and SpaceCadet on solider this team has a shot. If they manage to upset Squad Fam eSports they could manage to make a playoff spot.

14. United Gamers Community: This team has a full time sniper and manages to still beat teams. Barycenter just kills people because no one contests him. RJ is a good demo who has had playoff open EXP prior to this team. When they face ISSA KNIFE will Bary scout or snipe or scout could make a change in the match.

15. UGC Silver 6s Champions: With a match vs. the b0ys coming up and more games that could end their playoff run, I see this team not in the PR's this week unless they make some magic happen this week.

16. Yarn: Super hard matches coming up like weeb noises. This teams playoff spot could end this week. Will see how they play it out.

5. Squad Fam eSports: This team faces Yung Americans in the near future. That team also picked up Percy on roamer and a seasoned IM player SpaceCadet on pocket. I hope this is a game that could look more even but this is most likely the hardest match Squad Fam eSports will have for the rest of the season.

6. BLANC Lite: This team took a HARD 5-0 from -weeb noises- but then again, I feel there is a decent gap between this team and the rest of the top 4 teams. Anyways ReEnergized is dead so that would of been a good match up for them. So they get off with ReEnergized and face Punchline this week another team that could upset BLANC.

7. LialAndThe1989WorldTour: This team is taking 7th over yumpman with the same record as yumpman, this team ALMOST beat top team ISSA KNIFE. I feel yumpman would get destroyed by ISSA KNIFE and the fact Lial kept it close says something about this team.

8. yumpman: Moving this team down one because I don't think they can come close to hanging with some of the better teams. Frenzy on medic is not good and this team just has strong scouts the combo is very weak from what iv'e seen from this team. A match vs. BotDog coming up could actually end their playoff run if they get upset.

9. Eels and Escalators: Ok now that this team has everything under control now, they beat Punchline. After Blaine_ put up a great 44 kills, this a HUGE factor on why this team one watching some of the vod Blane_ really put a lot of work into this match. If they keep this up and end up going 12-4 they should make a playoff spot.

10. Punchline: After a hard loss vs. EELS i'm moving them down. They picked up 3O1 (cray) on demo, which seems to have been good as he put decent numbers up. This loss does matter for this team and will see how they end up down the road.

11. fov_desired 420: Bumping this team up. They had a relaxing few games and some upsets happened to other teams.
12. BotDog: After losing to a team with a fucking full time sniper, and a match vs. yumpman coming up. A loss vs. yumpman could end this teams playoff chance.

13. Yung Americans: After picking up Percy and SpaceCadet on solider this team has a shot. If they manage to upset Squad Fam eSports they could manage to make a playoff spot.

14. United Gamers Community: This team has a full time sniper and manages to still beat teams. Barycenter just kills people because no one contests him. RJ is a good demo who has had playoff open EXP prior to this team. When they face ISSA KNIFE will Bary scout or snipe or scout could make a change in the match.

15. UGC Silver 6s Champions: With a match vs. the b0ys coming up and more games that could end their playoff run, I see this team not in the PR's this week unless they make some magic happen this week.
