PugChamp servers lagging a lot right now

Looking into it. Was hoping it was a one off issue but looks like it is reoccurring.

any updates for na servers? inhouses suck and im experiencing pug withdrawal symptoms. ty in advance.

tragic servers are poop and tragic customer support is also ghosting erynn, so we got a new server provider. erynn is setting it up right now so we should be back to playing by the end of today I think

why is there only one server active on NA pugchamp?

There should be two now. When I configured the second one this morning, I forgot to do something in my tired brain state. Will be bringing on a third once I confirm that both servers work well without any performances issues.

We are in the process of trying to migrate the sites to a new (hopefully more stable) server. This process was supposed to go smoothly, but it has been an experience. I apologize for the NA pugs that I obliterated tonight. Will keep this updated on the progress.

Edit: The old (current) sites should still work fine for the time being.

This is me, Wasserman. First, I'll tell you about a sniper rifle with a racist name. I bought it on the steam market with a pre-existing name. Because I didn't want to spend money on its name, I left it the same. I've never been a racist and I treat everyone the same.
Now about the video. I watched this piece and I even remember this match. I don't see anything special here. in my opinion, you do not know how to identify good players from using otherworldly programs. it was a normal match for me. If you want proof, I can provide ALL my pub demos (about 100).

Can I remove the ban for the second account? Because my main one was stolen about a year ago and now I don't know who its owner is. If this of course can be taken as an excuse.

if you put your ban as a trophy on your profile, it was probably a well-deserved ban

your game is fullbright and you also jump while scoped multiple times, which you can't do without cheating (similar to revved heavies jumping while revved is a hack)

I watched about 15 mins of his PugChamp demo on Sunshine and he doesn't appear to be cheating. Admittedly, it does seem quite sketchy when the dude plays on his alt and both his accounts have a VAC ban from 2019.

i didnt say he was cheating in those games because it doesnt matter (its obviously suspicious like you said) and he is using a low fov silent aim which is one of the hardest cheats to detect if you're doing AC (especially on stv). it's also possible he wasn't using cheats in that particular game
