Is there any good NA community pub servers I can play on so I don't have to actively try and not kill myself?

Maybe try not being from a yuro shithole. No problems here in NA pubs.

Stock or Custom map rotation. No gamemode preference. Prefer 24 over 32 players, but I can compromise.

Honestly The Furry Pound stock maps server is good, stock maps, decent amount of tryhards, decent population. I always have sprays disabled so I never see something that'll make me want to bleach my eyes.
Sadly I got permabanned LOL

FITH (fucked in the head) also has a decent payload map server, tends to get populated around midday and at evening/night

hackers in every server i've q'd into in the past few days, often times on both teams at once

its open source and literally has a built in feature that detects other cathook users in game. it has detection built in. and valve isn't detecting it. wtf.

The year was 2020, after being inadvertently killed by Valve, the TF2 community servers (lifeblood of the game) rise from the ashes due to lack of maintenance on Valve's part and a bot campaign being carried out for unknown reasons.

I remember a time when, on the SourceOP 24/7 goldrush server, if you were a regular user you could enter a command in chat which would ping the server admins on their phones to summon them into the server's chat to purge cheaters and reprobates immediately - they didn't even have to launch the game.

there's a bunch of bots that keep spamming the chat with a bunch of furry shit. this will profoundly affect our youth
managed to kick all of them (multiple on each team) and then the server was nuked from orbit
