You can explain away some of this but I have no idea how or why he can track and flick someone at the same time. You can watch the demo too and find that he literally is clueless on how to play the game. He just happens to make his crosshair hit his target, except for when he is so off he doesn't even try to move his crosshair back. You will find very few braincells in this gameplay.

This is what was posted prior that got still and dawdle banned for a year on tf2center. From what I recall people claimed it was shaky evidence but these claims are far from new. It’s like almost an understood thing that they’re always fishy

I do remember you sending that actually, I’m fine with being transparent with anything, in relation to that screenshot they got a cooldown of some nature I don’t recall the exact length, but also were talked to directly about it and they claimed they were interp abusing pre game to do the pyro airblast glitch to launch into skybox like where you see beggars soldiers clipping. The nuanced reason as far as center goes as to why there wasn’t more done in a better time is there wasn’t much time for the anti-cheat team (of one to two players) to look over demos etc when they aren’t being super blatant. That’s when you start getting the #free ___ etc. and you have to take into account the familiarity of the player base at that time for NA specifically, that’s why I said it’s almost an unspoken thing to be skeptical with them.
